Cancellation and Refund

The B.C. College of Pharmacists states that once a medication has left the pharmacy, it cannot be returned for any reason - Bylaw 5 (33. subsection 1)

It is illegal to restock or resell medications that have been returned.
Buylowdrugs.com WILL ISSUE a FULL REFUND only if:

- a shipping error made was by buylowdrugs.com which resulted in the patient not receiving their medication.
- medication gets lost during shipping process.

Buylowdrugs.com WILL NOT REFUND the full amount if:

- the customer decides to purchase their medication elsewhere.
- the customer refuses the order due to delays imposed by customs.
- customer error (i.e. the customer ordered the wrong medication, etc)
